These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the itzjetlogistics.com website and all services provided by Itz Jet Logistics Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Services

Itz Jet Logistics provides transportation logistics services for the delivery of goods, including trucking, warehousing, and related services. We arrange for the pickup, transportation, storage and delivery of our clients' freight.

Use of Website

Our website is provided solely to enable you to learn about and engage our services. You may not use our site for any other purpose. We do not allow anyone under 13 to create an account or use our services.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and share information about you. We do not connect your website account to third party accounts.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any information or content you post on our website. You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive content. You may not post content regarding illegal activities or discuss illegal activities on our site. You may not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on our site. We may remove any prohibited content without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Our website content, logos, organization, graphics, designs, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to our site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our content.

Warranties Disclaimer 

We provide our website and services as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our site or services. We do not guarantee that our site or services will be free from errors, defects, delays, omissions or interruptions. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information provided on our site.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services, including lost profits, revenues, data or opportunities, even if we are aware of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site will not exceed $100.

Indemnification 

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims against us as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, consolidated or representative proceeding. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware. We each irrevocably consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Cancellation and Refunds

At IT'Z JET LOGISTICS, we understand that shipping plans can change. To provide flexibility for our customers, we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be received in writing via email at info@itzjetlogistics.com. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
• If a scheduled shipment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee will apply.
• If a scheduled shipment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply.
• If our driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location and the shipment is refused or unable to be loaded, a $150 refusal fee will apply.
• If a shipment is cancelled after our driver departs the pickup location, the full quoted freight charges for that shipment will be billed.
• Special rules may apply for oversize, hazardous, frozen goods, or specialty cargo. Please refer to individual rate confirmations for details. 
• Refunds will only apply if IT'Z JET LOGISTICS is unable to provide contracted/confirmed services. 

Miscellaneous 

You may not assign any rights or licenses granted in these Terms. We may assign our rights and licenses at any time. Sections regarding representations, warranties, indemnification and liability will survive termination of these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to allow the remaining provisions to remain in effect.
